PIECE OF ART
hey!today I had about an hour off before my course at campus so I rushed to the gallery to see art exhibit called HARİTASIZ-UNCHARTED...It was a student exhibit about projects with techno-art.There was one with lots of screens showing pictures of people that you go in and have your picture taken and your picture also become a piece of that art as screens show you.I'm a proud piece of art now:)

what I was wearing today
ok as I bought new Levis 501 aka "boyfriend jeans" I wore today with a yellow scarf I used as a belt and my adidas sneakers.

its my hair colour, b!tch!
I was blonde for years...I went to my hairsalon one day for roots and I spontaneously said I want to have my hair red.Then my stylist and I chosen a shade that would look best on me and Voila! That week a woman from my shuttle asked what is the shade of my colour and that weekend she had her hair dyed almost my haircolour!That week also the customer that frequents the place I work changed her haircolour to almost mine!The woman at my office changed her hair colour to mine and I had to work with same hair colour in the same place(I was trying to be unique but many women came up copying me baby!) and last week a customer asked what my haircolor shade is called and she told me she loved it.Today at gym a woman came up to me and said:"Your haircolour is beautiful!"..Ok I love my haircolour but I dont like copykats.I am the trendsetter right?Please stop copying ladies!LOL
Hello From Hawaii
Hawai- Day 1-2
Hello hello my friends!!
Sorry for such a long absence.
Just got connected with a little thing called the "Internet"
I'm currently sitting in my cousin's house in Hawaii less than a hundred yards from the beach.
It's currently the end of day two here.
Yesterday was amazing; my cousin Dick and my bother and I went on a hike up these mountains behind their house.
Then we hiked to some Pill Boxes back from WW2, it was incredible to see.
i have a huge fascination with WW2 so it was amazing to see from there!
Then today we slept in a little (super jet lagged),
and then we ended up going into Honolulu to the Punchbowl Cemetery.
i was blown away at how insanely beautiful the memorial was...
so brilliant looking! From there we went over to Punahou School (where President Obama went to school)
and watch my cousin's water Polo game. which they destroyed the other team 14-1.

Oh so the picture today is a little character i made up on the flight over here.
i was listening to the New Fever Ray Album,
and this Dark Queen Arose in my head out of the music.
Not sure what to name her...
any ideas?
but i really like her vibe.

Prettiest Yellow Cruiser / Rider... spotted at Bad Ass Coffee.
This is the prettiest yellow cruiser. AND the sunniest beach, spring time look!!!.... saw this inspiring rider as she was leaving Bad Ass.
LOVE Bad Ass Coffee.. it's where I go for the stellar, vegan carrot- pineapple -walnut cake made by bicyclebakery. Yummiest!!

My Bags Are Packed
Well i thought this drawing would be a fitting one to post since i drew it the last time i was on a plane.
So My Bags Are Packed and i'm going to be on one tomorrow to Hawaii.
i'm a little distracted with my check list....

Lily Cole and Teen Vogue!
Well friends, today was long day,
and i'm sorry to say, i didn't finish that drawing for yea ;(
i had a lot to do today.
Did the drawing lesson with Molly (which i have to say, she is a natural!)
and then got prints ready to ship, between those few things, the day melted away.
Tomorrow, i'm off to work, and the next day Hawaii!
Don't worry, i will have a lot of sketches hopefully; traveling makes me want to draw non-stop for some reason!
hah Well, the drawing today is from my Character Sketchbook. i hope you like it.
