dress cuts

ok as I mentioned before I don't like baloon skirts and this was the dress I tried and skipped at Top Shop.The floral prints are awesome and lust but the cut of the dress for me is sadly ruined the whole dress and it was on sale yesterday.It was left there not bought by anyone.I could but it and give it to a tailor but if its not done or ruined the dress could be a waste of money so I didn't take this risk.sorry!Incase I see that I'm in love with dresses:)
