{leopard print}
. . . hello! feels like forever since we last spoke -- yesterday was one of those days with meetings & appointments, and afterward, a million errands, drycleaners and bank, checking flights and making plans, but also one that was positivity filled with beautiful surprises -- cake and cookies and the kindness of strangers, and moments of pure brightness perfect for january skies . . .
{p.s.} aren't the stairs fantastic? reminds me of this floor & these shoes

Birds of a Feather
It's no secret fashion and interior designers' ideas feed off each other (hence the basis of my blog), but this time they took the saying "two birds of a feather" a bit more literal than usual. The result? Chic, feminine beauty. If you don't have a reason to wear a feathered ballgown, maybe you can find a place in your home for a little aviary glamour...

My Heutchy Collaboration Part 2
Hey friends!
Well I'm excited to finally show you the Collaboration i did with Heutchy Shoes.
Heutchy shoes is one of my all time favorite men's shoe company.
I think they make the best shoes.
So needless to say, i was honored to design fabric for another pair of shoes.
They were looking for a very bright saturated abstract texture of the print.
I played around with a few ideas and this neon leaves idea was what i finally came up with.
I really like how they turned out :)
I still haven't seen them in person, but i'm dying to!
What do you think?
I hope you like them! :)

New Rue!
I love eMags. They are a periodical addict's best friend and Rue is one of the best. Their third issue is a stunner too. I fell head over heads in love with this Manhattan Apartment. Do you think they'd notice if I just 'happened' to move in with them?
Even the family that lives here are ridiculously gorgeous themselves. No fair.

Read more about the amazing apartment and more in this issue of Rue.

{pale & pretty pink}
. . . never one to look too far ahead, always preferring to stay in the moment, have been noticing {for quite some time now} valentine's day things already all around, and could not help but daydream {just a little}, remembering how simply pretty the palest pink satin ribbon can be . . .

. . . and just when it seems as if winter will last forever, the quiet realization that the month of january has {somehow} nearly and already fluttered by . . .

Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring 2011
Well I'm not sure if you all have been following the Couture shows going on right now,
But a few days ago i was looking through the pictures of the amazing Christian Dior Haute Couture show,
and there was this one specific garment that I had to paint the second i saw it.
I really like how the painting turned out.
It's one of my biggest dreams to be invited to a couture show and getting to paint the collection!
That would be so insane... but until then i made this ; )
What do you think? Inhope you like it!

( : SPORTS DAY+WARPAINT+YELLOW :)
Hello guys!!! Long time no see!!! There is easy explanation : No1.no inspiration, No2. difficulty to find some inspiration, No3. cold, winter ( no seeing point to undress outside in the snow,at least for now, we will see )!!!
About my sporty outfit: hat, bag, poncho, jeans vest- second hand, t-shirt- reserved, shoes-ccc
OK!!! Now about my music inspiration: WARPAINT. I dedicated one post to this girl band in May last year. They are amazing artists from LA and I just adore their songs. And, good to know that you can still wear trainers and frumpy cardigans and get a record deal these days!!! Grunge is back!!!! Have a nice day:)
