PROM PICTURES

My daughter's prom was last weekend.

I thought I'd share some of the pictures from her
BIG DAY!!
One would think a girl was getting married
with all that planning, preparation and primping.
SHEESH!!
I can't believe the list of things she needed to do to
look pretty for the prom.
I don't remember spending that much
for my wedding day, let alone the prom....ouch!
My wallet is still in shock.
The hair, the make up, the nails,
the dress, the shoes, the earrings, the bag.
Oh, that bag!!
Actually, we had a problem finding a bag.
It became a thorn in my side,
BUT....
Mom to the rescue!!
There I was, burning the midnight oil,
making her a bag
the night before the prom.
I think the finishing stitches were done just before
her date showed up.
I can't take that kind of pressure!!!
I'm so glad the prom is over,
my wallet and my blood pressure
couldn't take much more

That infamous bag!!

I think I need to catch up on the sleep
I missed worrying about her this weekend!!
It's a mother's job to worry, right?????
