#The first thing that you noticed at Nicolas Ghesquière's terrific Balenciaga show was the casting. He opened with a trio of unknown girls with short, spiky hair that his team cast from the street, and he closed with the biggest super of them all, Gisele Bündchen. In between: Amber Valletta, Carolyn Murphy, and Stella Tennant—all of whom were very nearly bare-faced. "It was important not to disguise them. I didn't want clones," the designer said before the show.(style.com review)

Paris Fashion Week started with full dissappointment for most of us.I haven't had a single favorite collection yet.I was saying Milan is ok and having great expectations for Paris Fashion Week and Boom! Paris fashion Week collections doesn't have any significant and inspiring collection yet.Was it a non-creative year for fashion designers?

The best and interesting thing is the cast having Stella Tennant,Amber Valetta,Carolyn Murphy and Giselle Bundchen for closing the show.

Comparing with the past collections,this collection is kinda rude.boring.no prints,no shapes,no cuts,no colours,no inspiration.

{the crested blazer}

The crested blazer had been adapted from its traditional English schoolboy and well-bred, aristocratic origins to become a part of the season’s preppy, collegiate look, along with wellies, tartan and plaid, and elements of the Equestrian Style.

Paired with jeans and a silk blouse and worn with a casual elegance, the sharp, blue-blooded tailoring of the crested blazer is no longer quaint and Old World, but stylish and thoroughly modern.
